Former high school recruit and UK signee Acaden Lewis, a guard, decommitted from Kentucky this spring and will instead be playing next season at Villanova. During his first offseason press conference on May 13 — which came before Hawthorne committed to UK — Pope touched on the subject of potentially adding to next season’s Kentucky roster.
As a sophomore last season, Lowe averaged 16.8 points and 5.5 assists per game. Lowe played all 31 games for the Panthers and scored 20 points or more 10 times. He scored double figures in all but five games last year. Otega Oweh has until May 28 to remain or withdraw from the draft.
Mark Pope's 2025-26 roster is mostly set after the recent additions of Reece Potter and Braydon Hawthorne, and Big Blue Nation is fired up for the 2025-26 season.

Pope will serve in a coaching capacity, while Johnson and Moreno will compete for a spot in the national team that will compete in the FIBA U10 World Cup in Switzerland. The roster will be finalized by June 21 and the World Cup is set for June 28-July 6.
