New Orleans city officials say the search for 10 men who broke out of a local jail earlier this month has cost the city approximately $250,000 per week and delayed work on other investigations.

The manhunt continues for the last two escaped inmates that remain on the run after a total of 10 men escaped from a jail in New Orleans.

Lenton Vanburen, Leo Tate and Jermaine Donald are three of the five remaining fugitives from a New Orleans jail escape recaptured on Monday. Vanburen was caught in Baton Rouge, and Tate and Donald in Texas.
